The Problem We Saw

The Gap We Found
Global tools like Zendesk and HubSpot were built for Western businesses — expensive, complex, and not designed for MTN Mobile Money, WhatsApp-first commerce, or the realities of doing business in Uganda.

The frustration begins

Our founders — running their own small businesses in Kampala — watch daily as customers are lost to slow WhatsApp replies, missed follow-ups, and manual processes that don't scale. The tools available are either too expensive, too complex, or simply not built for Uganda.

Sollertia Centre is founded

The company behind Exsyt Suite is incorporated in Uganda. A small but passionate team begins building — not a generic SaaS tool, but a platform designed ground-up for African SMEs. WhatsApp-first, mobile-money-ready, and affordable from day one.

First customers. First proof.

Exsyt Suite launches in private beta with 15 Kampala businesses — retail shops, a restaurant, a real estate agency, and a pharmacy. Within 90 days: average response times drop from hours to seconds, two businesses triple their WhatsApp conversion rates, and one retailer doubles monthly revenue.

Exsyt Suite goes public with 8 integrated channels — WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Email, Web Chat, USSD, and In-App Chat — plus in-chat payments supporting MTN MoMo and Airtel Money. The platform serves over 200 Ugandan businesses across 6 industries.

With 500+ businesses served and UGX 2 billion in customer revenue enabled, Exsyt Suite is expanding into Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda. New AI features, deeper CRM integrations, and a partner programme for resellers are in active development.
