Exsyt Suite was born out of frustration — watching great Ugandan businesses lose customers every day because they had no system for getting, closing, and keeping them. We built the tool we wished existed.
We're on a mission to give every small and medium-sized business in Africa the same competitive tools that large corporations use — at a price they can afford, in a format that fits how they actually work.
Because when a Kampala retailer can respond to 300 WhatsApp messages automatically, take payments in-chat, and follow up every lead — they don't just survive. They dominate their market.
That's what Exsyt Suite is built for.
Every feature is built for how African businesses actually operate — WhatsApp commerce, mobile money, USSD, and multilingual support. Not an afterthought. The foundation.
Any business owner should be able to launch a chatbot, send a campaign, and track their sales in under an hour. We refuse to build tools that require a consultant to set up.
Every feature we build must answer the same question: does this help our customers make more money? If not, we don't build it.
When your business grows, we grow. That alignment shapes everything — from how we price our product to how fast we answer your support messages.
Built in Uganda, designed for Africa, growing fast.
Our founders — running their own small businesses in Kampala — watch daily as customers are lost to slow WhatsApp replies, missed follow-ups, and manual processes that don't scale. The tools available are either too expensive, too complex, or simply not built for Uganda.
The company behind Exsyt Suite is incorporated in Uganda. A small but passionate team begins building — not a generic SaaS tool, but a platform designed ground-up for African SMEs. WhatsApp-first, mobile-money-ready, and affordable from day one.
Exsyt Suite launches in private beta with 15 Kampala businesses — retail shops, a restaurant, a real estate agency, and a pharmacy. Within 90 days: average response times drop from hours to seconds, two businesses triple their WhatsApp conversion rates, and one retailer doubles monthly revenue.
Exsyt Suite goes public with 8 integrated channels — WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Email, Web Chat, USSD, and In-App Chat — plus in-chat payments supporting MTN MoMo and Airtel Money. The platform serves over 200 Ugandan businesses across 6 industries.
With 500+ businesses served and UGX 2 billion in customer revenue enabled, Exsyt Suite is expanding into Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda. New AI features, deeper CRM integrations, and a partner programme for resellers are in active development.
Every person on the Exsyt Suite team has either built or worked inside the kinds of businesses we serve. We don't just build the tool — we understand the problem.
Africa has 44 million small and medium-sized businesses. They employ 80% of the workforce. And almost none of them have the customer communication tools they need to compete and grow.
The global SaaS industry largely ignores them — or builds products so expensive and complex that only large corporations can use them. We see that as the biggest untapped opportunity in technology today.
Exsyt Suite is built specifically for the way African businesses operate — WhatsApp-first, mobile-money-ready, and designed for business owners who are running lean teams with big ambitions.
Over 90% of Ugandan businesses use WhatsApp to communicate with customers. Yet almost none have automated it. Exsyt Suite changes that.
MTN MoMo and Airtel Money process billions of transactions every month. Exsyt Suite's in-chat payments are built natively on top of them — not bolted on.
Africa's small businesses are the engine of the continent's economy. Giving them world-class tools is one of the most impactful things technology can do.
Uganda is our base. East Africa is our next frontier. We're building the growth platform for African business — from Kampala to Nairobi to Dar es Salaam and beyond.
Serving businesses across Kampala, Entebbe, Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu, and beyond.
We're a small team with a big mission. These are the principles that guide every decision we make.
We don't celebrate shipping features. We celebrate when a customer doubles their sales, halves their response time, or keeps a customer they would have lost.
We ship, we learn, and we iterate. A good product in the hands of customers beats a perfect product in a Figma file. Speed is a competitive advantage.
We tell customers the truth — about what Exsyt Suite can and can't do. We tell each other the truth — even when it's uncomfortable. Honesty builds trust faster than anything else.
Every decision we make — product, pricing, partnerships — is made with the whole of Africa in mind. We're not building a Kampala tool. We're building for 54 countries.
We succeed when our customers succeed. That's not a tagline — it's the business model. When a business grows on Exsyt Suite, they expand their plan and tell their friends. Everyone wins.
The best ideas at Exsyt Suite have come from watching how our customers actually use the product — not from boardroom strategy sessions. We stay curious, stay close, and keep learning.
Before Exsyt Suite I was responding to WhatsApp at midnight and still missing messages. Now my chatbot handles 60% of questions automatically and my sales have doubled in 4 months.
We were losing leads because we couldn't follow up fast enough. Exsyt Suite sends follow-ups automatically. Our closing rate went from 20% to 55% in two months.
The Exsyt Suite team actually understands how our business works. They built something for us — not for some company in America. The difference shows in every feature.
